We are delighted to announce that the Informed.AI Group Ltd has acquired CXtech and the AI & Robotics event series from Connect Business Media (CBM) Ltd.
The Directors Forums Events and Main Event Conference have been a highlight of the annual calendar of AI events for the last 4 years, bring together experts and business professionals across many different industries to share the latest advancements in applied AI, discuss some of the many issues, and celebrate the successes of the industry.
The events will benefit from the Informed.AI global network and community and ensure the continued strong development of the portfolio. The series will continue to bring together world leading AI experts from science and research with business leaders and the builders of human capital.
The CBM management team will be working closely with Informed.AI to deliver a smooth transition.
We see the addition of these high quality business events as a key strategic addition to the Informed AI network. We will be looking to extend the successful format of these events to other locations across both the UK and globally in 2019 and 2020. These events supplement and compliment our grassroots global community events delivered by our Neurons brand.
Any additions or changes to the current schedule for events will be published shortly, both on Informed.AI and on the respective events websites.
This is the first of several acquisitions planned for 2019 by Informed.AI to accelerate our growth ambitions and build the best global platform for the AI community. We are looking grow our Recruitment and Training capabilities as well as our Media, Marketing and Consulting activities via strategic acquisitions and mergers.
